Project Overview
Lumière Spa had everything patients look for experienced practitioners, high-quality treatments, and a calming in-clinic experience. The only thing that wasn’t keeping up was their website.
While the clinic delivered a premium experience in person, the website felt outdated and didn’t reflect the same level of trust, care, or attention to detail. Our goal wasn’t simply to redesign the site—it was to make sure the online experience felt as refined as the experience inside the clinic.
The Problem
When we reviewed the existing website, a few things stood out.
The homepage was text-heavy and didn’t immediately communicate what made Lumière different. Treatments were listed, but there was very little guidance for someone visiting the website for the first time. Visitors had to work to find information, and the consultation form felt disconnected from the rest of the experience.
Most importantly, the website didn’t create the emotional confidence people need before booking an aesthetic treatment.
The Solution
Rather than starting with visuals, we started with the patient journey.
We reorganized the website around the questions every new visitor naturally asks:
- What treatments do you offer?
- Can I trust your clinic?
- What results can I expect?
- How do I get started?
From there, we designed a cleaner, more luxurious interface with better spacing, elegant typography, carefully selected imagery, and a simpler navigation structure.
Real treatment photography, before-and-after results, testimonials, and clear consultation paths were introduced throughout the website to build confidence at every stage.
Instead of asking visitors to book immediately, the website now earns their trust first.
Results & Outcome
The finished website feels less like a brochure and more like an extension of the Lumière Spa experience.
Visitors can understand treatments more easily, navigate the website without confusion, and book consultations through a smoother journey. Most importantly, the new design reflects the quality, professionalism, and attention to detail that patients experience when they visit the clinic.
For Lumière Spa, the redesign wasn’t about following design trends—it was about creating a digital experience that finally matched the standard of care they had already built offline.
